Money-Back Guidelines: If you start a program and realize you are not satisfied or you don’t have the prerequisite knowledge, let us know within the first 25% of the program and you will get full refund.
Softinery reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or fortuitous events. In such case 100% refund will be paid back to the learner.
If a cancellation is done by a learner 7 days or more prior to the Course start date, 10% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the learner.
If a cancellation is done by a learner 7 days or less, 50% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the learner.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of the refund request.
